Hawke's Bay Earthquake 


On the 3rd of February 1931, New Zealand had one of the deadliest earthquakes it went from Napier to Hastings 256 people had died from this disaster it was 7.8 on the Richter scale.  161 in Napier, 93 in Hastings, and 2 in Wairoa.
